
The King County Housing Stability Project (KCHSP) makes one-time loans and/or grants to homeowners and tenants in danger of losing their housing due to short-term financial difficulties. This program also provides loans or grants to homeless families and individuals who need assistance moving to permanent housing, and limited assistance for other types of moves.
To qualify you must…
- Live in King County.
- Have low-to-moderate income.
- Demonstrate ability to meet housing costs after assistance is given.
- Veterans’ households are strongly encouraged to apply.
